Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current CompHelp Service website and controlled-beta workflow. It does not claim that future marketplace, payment, account, or AI features are active.

Information we collect

When you submit a service request, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, requested service, service area, address or city, and project details. We also receive the page URL, campaign parameters or click identifiers present in that URL, submission time, and browser user-agent information used for request attribution, operations, and abuse prevention.

The site may store your visual theme preference in your browser. Project-photo previews on the current Homepage stay on your device and are not uploaded by that preview feature.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your request, contact you about that request, clarify scope, prepare or discuss an estimate, coordinate service, prevent spam, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain business records. Consent to request-related contact is not consent to unrelated marketing messages.

Service providers

The site is hosted through Vercel. Production lead records are designed to be stored in Supabase. Depending on deployment configuration, request details may also be sent through Resend for email notification or Google Sheets for staff operations. These providers process information for CompHelp's operational purposes. Links or embedded maps may connect you to third-party services governed by their own policies.

Sharing and sale

CompHelp does not sell submitted lead information. We may share request details with staff, operational service providers, or a reviewed service professional when needed to evaluate or fulfill the request. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, systems, or rights.

Retention

We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for service operations, recordkeeping, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and operational need. Controlled-beta records may be reviewed or removed as systems and policies mature.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the online form and may contact CompHelp by phone instead. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email comphelper22@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where reasonably required for security, records, disputes, or legal obligations.

Security

CompHelp uses access controls, restricted server credentials, transport security provided by the hosting platform, validation, rate limits, and spam checks intended to protect submitted information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and CompHelp does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through these service-request forms.
